August Invisalign — Daily Focus
August 1–31 only  ·  Offer ends August 31, no exceptions
  • 💰
The deal: Up to $1,000 off pay-in-full / $750 off payment plan. Hard deadline August 31.
  • 🎯
Who to mention it to: Any adult patient (20+) — check-in, chair, checkout. Especially recall patients not seen in 6+ months.
  • 💬
The line that works: "We have our biggest Invisalign discount of the year right now — have you ever thought about it?" That's it. Let them react.
  • If they say yes or maybe: Get the TC involved immediately, today. Don't let them leave without a next step.
  • 📋
Scan follow-up: 10 minutes between patients? Pull the DI list and send one text. One text a day from the whole team adds up fast.
Patient Scripts

Natural, non-pushy. These aren't sales scripts — they're conversation starters. Read them once and make them your own.

Front Desk — Check-In or Checkout
"Before you head out — did you see we're running a special on Invisalign this month? Up to a thousand dollars off, August only. If you've ever been curious about it, this is honestly the best time we've had in a while. Want me to grab you a quick scan while you're here?"
Works at either touchpoint. The scan offer gives them a low-commitment next step.
Hygiene Chair — During or After Cleaning
"Your teeth look great — have you ever thought about straightening them? We do a free scan right here, takes about five minutes, no commitment. We have a summer special running through the end of August. A lot of patients do it this time of year — kind of a 'now that the kids are back in school, it's my turn' thing. I can ask [TC name] to pop in if you're curious."
The seasonal framing ("kids are back in school") makes it feel timely, not pushy. Handoff to TC is low-pressure.
Treatment Coordinator — After Hygiene Handoff
"So [hygienist] mentioned you might be open to hearing about Invisalign — totally no pressure. We have our biggest discount of the year right now, up to a thousand off through August 31st. I can show you what treatment would look like and give you a real number in about ten minutes. Does that work today or would you rather come back for a dedicated consult?"
Acknowledges the handoff warmly. Gives them two paths — both keep the conversation open.
Patient Asks: "Is There Ever a Good Time to Start?"
"Honestly? August is the best time we've had. We're doing up to a thousand off this month. It usually doesn't come up again until the holidays — and even then it's not this much. If you want to take a look, I can get you scanned today. No obligation."
Patient-initiated — respond with urgency but no pressure.
Scan Follow-Up & DI Outreach
Phone — Warm Prospect (Scan Done, No Tx Started)
"Hi [Name], this is [Staff] from [Practice Name]. Quick call — you came in for an Invisalign scan a while back and I know you didn't move forward at the time. I just wanted to let you know we're running our best discount of the year through August 31st, up to a thousand dollars off. If the timing or the cost was the hesitation before, this might be worth a second look. No pressure at all — I can answer questions over the phone or get you in for a short consult. What works best for you?"
Lead with the scan — it establishes they already showed interest. Removes the "cold call" feeling.
DI Text Template
"Hi [Name] — [Practice Name] here. We're offering up to $1,000 off Invisalign this August only. If you've been thinking about it, now's the time. Call or text us at [number] to grab a spot before the month fills up. — [Staff Name]"
Send text first (higher open rate). If no response after 48 hrs, follow with the phone script above.
Warm List Sequence

Pull from Dental Intelligence: patients scanned in the last 18 months with no active Invisalign treatment. Three touchpoints, starting July 14.

1
July 14
Email via Dental Intelligence
Subject line: "Your Invisalign scan is still on file — and August just got interesting"
Body (3 sentences)
You had a scan done with us — which means you're already closer than you think to a straighter smile. This August only, we're offering up to $1,000 off for patients who move forward. Reply to this email or call us to hold your spot.
2
July 28
Text Message
Short, direct. Creates urgency before August 1 launch.
"Hi [Name], this is [Practice Name]. Our August Invisalign special ($1,000 off, ends Aug 31) has limited spots — your scan results are already on file. Want us to reach out to schedule a quick consult? Reply YES."
3
August 4–7
Personal Phone Call
One call per patient. Leave a voicemail if no answer. Do not call twice.
"Hi [Name], this is [Name] from [Practice]. I'm calling because we have a special running this month and your iTero scan came up — it literally takes 10 minutes to pick up where you left off. I wanted to make sure you heard about it before we get too far into August."
5 Tactics That Don't Require Selling

These work passively — patients ask, staff respond. No pitching required.

📋
Check-In Trigger
Add one question to the check-in clipboard: "Have you ever been curious about Invisalign?" Yes/No checkbox. Patients opt themselves in — staff don't have to bring it up.
🃏
Operatory Card
4×6 card on every chair: "Thinking about a straighter smile? Ask us about our August special." Patients ask. Staff respond. Zero proactive effort.
🪟
Window / Door Cling
One line: "August Only: Up to $1,000 Off Invisalign." Patients see it before they walk in. Sets the expectation before a word is spoken.
📺
Waiting Room Loop
Run Align's patient-facing before/after content on any TV or iPad in the waiting area. Align provides this free. Builds intent passively while patients wait.
🦷
Hygiene Handoff Line
Train hygienists on one sentence: "I noticed you had a scan done — did you ever get a chance to look at that?" Natural follow-up, not a pitch.
Aligner Day Structure

Offices can opt into a dedicated Aligner Day within the month. The Align rep covers costs — you just need to run the logistics.

What to Ask the Rep to Cover
  • Food + drinks for team and patients
  • Table signage and decorations
  • Branded giveaways (lip balm, smile kits)
  • Co-branded patient handouts
  • Digital assets (social graphics, email headers) via regional marketing contact
  • Co-pay / deposit waiver for same-day starts (ask explicitly)
Day Structure
  • 1 Pre-schedule 15–20 patients from warm scan list — don't rely on walk-ins
  • 2 Rep runs 10-min morning huddle — product refresh + patient convo tips
  • 3 Designate one staff member as day coordinator — keeps patients moving
  • 4 Rep handles all consultations — removes pressure from clinical staff entirely
  • 5 Goal: 50 scans in August = rep covers team lunch. Post this number on Day 1.
The Smile Wall

No cash contests. No leaderboards. Something that makes the team proud without feeling like a sales push.

Make the month visible.

Every time a patient starts Invisalign in August, they take a photo at the front desk holding a small sign: "I said yes to my smile." Photos go on a wall — or a shared team group chat for smaller offices.

By end of August the wall tells the story. At month's end, the team votes on one "favorite smile story." That patient gets a small gift (Align reps often provide these). The team gets to be proud of something tangible.

This reframes the month as a patient outcome project, not a revenue push. Works especially well for office managers who don't love "sales."

3 Caption Variations — Pick One

Match the tone to the practice's voice.

A — Direct
August just got a whole lot straighter.

For the entire month of August, we're offering up to $1,000 off Invisalign — or $750 off if you prefer a payment plan.

The kids are back in school. Your calendar just opened up. Your Invisalign consult is free.

Call us or book online — link in bio. Offer ends August 31.
B — Aspirational
Every September, something shifts.

School starts. Schedules settle. The chaos of summer gives way to something that finally feels like yours.

This August, a lot of our patients are starting Invisalign — not for a reunion, not for a wedding. Just because they decided it was time.

Up to $1,000 off this month. Consult is free, no commitment. Link in bio.
C — The Poem
The lunches are packed. The backpacks are bought. The carpools are scheduled (more than you thought). You've smiled through it all while barely keeping cool. So here's a thought, friend — what if this August was finally about you? Up to $1,000 off Invisalign. All month long. Free consult. No commitment. Just your turn. 📍 Link in bio. Offer ends 8/31. (We'll rhyme it for you. You just have to call.)
Easy Content Ideas for Offices

No videographer. No editing. Authentic content that social algorithms reward over polished graphics.

Idea 1 · 15 min
The Consult Reveal — 60-Second Reel
TC or front desk films themselves at the desk: "If you've been thinking about Invisalign and haven't called yet — I want to tell you what the process actually looks like, because it's not what most people expect." Then 3 bullets, one take, no editing. Send raw file to social manager.
  • Face toward the window (natural light)
  • Phone horizontal or propped against monitor
  • Record one take — imperfect is authentic
  • Send raw file to social manager. Done.
⏱ 15 minutes including setup

The Tray Photo — Still Image
Photo of a single Invisalign tray on a clean white surface, shot from above, natural light. No patient needed. No releases. No Invisalign branding in the image — just the product.
  • Use any display kit tray the practice has
  • Natural light near a window
  • Top-down, clean white surface
  • Brightness bump in native photo editor
"This little piece of plastic is going to change a lot of lives this August. Up to $1,000 off Invisalign all month — free consult to start. DM us or link in bio."

The One Number
1
Cases Started in August vs. Same Month Last Year
Not scans. Not leads. Not impressions. Cases started.

If the number goes up, the promotion worked. If it doesn't, the most likely culprits are (a) not enough warm-list outreach or (b) consultation-to-start friction the rep can help address.
The office manager should know this number every Monday morning in August. Track it in whatever system the office already uses.
