Growth Integration Plan v2 —
Parallel Task Streams

Retiring the practice-wave model. Every practice in scope on day one; the team works data-prioritized queues per stream, so nobody waits on a stuck practice to keep moving.

Prepared by Amy McNeill · July 20, 2026 · Supersedes the Wave-2 decision doc (2026-07-19, kept as baseline)

The model change

Per Sarah's direction, sequential per-practice onboarding is replaced by parallel task streams: work is organized by stream (GBP, websites, reviews, visibility, lead tracking), each with its own data-ranked queue. A practice stuck in one stream no longer blocks its progress in any other.

GMs keep their books — Jenn 86 / Kelly 82 / Jayme 54 / Dakota 26 — and work their own book's rows within each org-wide queue. Carried forward unchanged from v1: the "integrated" definition (digital storefront only), the Gail-vs-marketing ownership split, and the escalation path.

250
Practices with a completed brief & live briefing URL — the email is not gated on content
82
Practices with GBP score below 70 — the correction queue
30
Websites scoring below 50 — rebuild tranche 1
1
Practice in the entire portfolio with a website score of 85+

Two corrections to what we believed last week

1 · Briefings already exist for all 250 locations

The Growth Readiness rollup shows audit status Complete with a live briefing URL for every practice (website audits 249/250, GBP audits 249/250). The "brief production is the biggest lift" concern is retired — the all-office email can send as soon as access is verified.

2 · The frozen workbook cannot feed the General-practice queues

Columns 25–35 of the integration-plan workbook (PeerLogic / DI / Neurality / scores / rebuild) are misaligned on the 161 General rows — production dollars sit under score headers. Specialty and Advanced Care rows are clean; GM and rank columns are sound. All queue counts in this document come from the audit rollup instead. The frozen file is flagged, not patched.

The streams — queues, owners, and what's actually blocked

Stream 1

All-office email → brief link → GBP-correction tickets

Queue: all ~250, one send

Ready Briefs exist; sga3p intake exists (P1–P5 Task Manager, 24-hr SLA). Email links each OM to their brief and asks for a ticket if the GBP identity section (name, address, phone, hours) is wrong. Batched by GM for sender identity.

  • Verify before send: briefing URLs sit behind Microsoft SSO on sga-growth.dev — confirm OMs can authenticate. If not, this is the send-blocker.
  • Intake spike: a 20% response rate is ~50 tickets in week one. Pre-agree a triage rotation (Amy + Dakota + GM-tag) for the first two weeks.
Stream 2

GBP corrections + PromoRepublic onboarding

Queue: 82 below 70, then 61 at 70–84

Corrections readyPromoRepublic blocked GMs work corrections in score order now, folding in Stream-1 tickets as they arrive. PromoRepublic is the endgame — one central dashboard for all listings — but correction work does not wait for it. Onboarding is gated on the PromoRepublic-vs-Swell decision (dropping Swell strands ~30 PRISM tickets/mo).

Stream 3

Website rebuilds, score order

Queue: 30 below 50, then 162 at 50–69

Blocked on capacity Only one practice portfolio-wide scores 85+. The constraint is build capacity, not identification: 185 SGA sites carry zero SEO/dev investment while the MSP retainer covers 75 Gen4 sites at $13K/mo. Needs a budget/vendor decision.

Stream 4

Doctor interviews → landing pages

Conditional — not standalone

Conditional Recommendation: do not run as a blanket stream. Interviews feed landing-page content, which only matters where a rebuild is happening — and scheduling doctors is the highest-friction task on this list. Attach the interview at rebuild kickoff instead: ~15–20 interviews this year rather than ~250, timed to when they're usable.

Stream 5

Review automations — offices under 10 reviews/month

Queue: built from a 30-day sweep

Sweep readyTooling blocked 23 listings are already known to have zero recent reviews; the full under-10 list needs one SerpAPI pass (~250 lookups, inside quota) and can run this week. Which automation tool switches on is the same PromoRepublic decision as Stream 2.

Stream 6

OM visibility — Neurality, PeerLogic, PromoRepublic status

Days, not weeks

Built, undeployed The sga3p share links + GM guard were built and verified 2026-07-11 but never deployed. Deploying gives every OM a live per-practice task view — the "visibility without roadblocks" mechanism — and gives the Stream-1 email a second link: "here's your live task list."

Stream 7

GHL live for lead tracking

21-practice pilot → expand

Pilot exists Round-1 scope exists (21 practices); Dakota owns expansion. Suggested sequencing: prove lead-flow reporting on the 21 before opening the firehose — GHL data is also what makes the review and rebuild streams measurable.

Sequencing

Now → Aug 1

Nothing here is blocked
  • GBP correction sweep begins in score order (82-practice queue)
  • 30-day review sweep runs → under-10/mo list built
  • Deploy sga3p share links (OM visibility)
  • Verify OM SSO access to briefing URLs
  • Sarah forces the PromoRepublic decision

August

The send + the switch-ons
  • All-office email, batched by GM book (Jenn's batch can send while she's out if replies route to tickets, or hold to Aug 18)
  • PromoRepublic onboarding begins if greenlit — listings migrate as corrections complete
  • Review automations on for the under-10/mo list
  • GHL expansion beyond the 21-practice pilot

September +

Build phase
  • Website rebuild queue kicks off in score order, doctor interview attached per-rebuild (capacity question answered)
  • First monthly read-out: queue burndown per stream, per GM

Sarah's decision asks

1

PromoRepublic: commit or kill

Gates two streams and the PRISM ticket migration. Everything in Streams 2 and 5 is staged behind this.

2

Website rebuild capacity

Approve a budget/vendor path for the sub-50 queue (30 sites) as tranche 1 — or cap the stream at triage-only.

3

Approve the all-office send

One email to ~250 OMs (batched by GM) linking briefs + live task lists, soliciting GBP-correction tickets — including the intake-surge plan.

4

Ratify Dakota as 3rd-GM equivalent

No new-hire req; Advanced Care and Cosmetic stay with Dakota.
