Network Trends — QoQ & YoY

The Q2 story: volume is up, value-per-referral is down. 21 of 32 comparable practices grew referral volume YoY, but PPH declined at 23 of 32 — more referrals are arriving than are converting into presented-and-accepted production. That pattern is the strongest argument for the pipeline-hygiene push (Section 7) and the Referral Growth Engine's capture-first focus.

Full quarter total including the 2 practices without a 2025 baseline (Jacksonville Dental Specialists, Pensacola Perio): 14,550 referrals. Convention (comparable-base vs full-total) pending confirmation with Jayme. QoQ/YoY per-metric tables activate when Q1-2026 and Q2-2025 raw exports land in the shared Drive folder.

Referral Growth Engine — Adoption

Status of the Referral Growth Engine rollout across the priority practices. “Live” = engine built and available to the practice.

Feedback cycle: each live practice gets a full month with the tool before structured feedback — review meetings scheduled for August. Fallback path remains the four marketing modules inside the Referral Lab dashboard (currently used to train Lindsey Rainey for Memphis / North River). Route-optimization apps under evaluation (Rylee Ebert trialing one; Christy asked for recommendations) — likely added cost, tracked separately.

PRD Coverage Matrix
