The Rockwall appreciation dinner for doctors and team members is confirmed for April 30th, with four offices participating. The $2,500 deposit was paid in March and is covered under the March budget.
The Paris appreciation dinner, exclusive to doctors, is planned for May. The $1,500 payment has been made and recently approved. Leslie will communicate the confirmed date to Jayme once solidified.
For April, $750 per location is available in addition to the event budget for office visits and other outreach activities. Leslie was advised to scale back visits if needed given the proximity of the appreciation dinner.
Leslie proposed distributing local candle company gift bags as appreciation gifts at the dinner. Jayme approved using funds from the Doctor Referral Program budget for this purpose.
Northeast Texas Perio has shown consistent month-over-month referral growth year-to-date, with no performance concerns noted. The practice is trending positively across all measured periods.
Dr. Hodges' outreach activities have been on pause following the loss of both assistants, with focus redirected toward hiring and training three new staff members. The team is now in a stabilization phase and outreach is expected to resume as the new staff becomes more comfortable. No performance concerns have been raised as a result of this temporary pause.
A Spear Education event is scheduled for October 2nd in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Hodges' entry is complimentary. Pricing for invited doctors decreases with attendance volume as shown above. Jayme recommends targeting 5 to 8 doctors based on the current October event budget, though up to 15 is possible with minor budget adjustments. Event costs for invited doctors will be covered by the October budget.
Production and revenue goals have been challenging to meet due to the loss of both assistants in February and a reduced operatory in January caused by delayed light approval, which limited surgical capacity to two procedures per day. As of two weeks ago, the team is now fully staffed, and increased surgical volume and improved progress toward annual goals are anticipated going forward.
