How This Works

Trigger

  • Growth Manager (or Studio) sets task status to Waiting on Office when the task can’t progress without an office- or ROD-side decision, approval, or action.
  • Task ownership stays with the GM — the status just flags what’s blocking it.
  • Reverts to in_progress once the office/ROD responds.

Daily Scan

  • Runs at 07:30 ET, seven days a week.
  • Pulls every task where status = waiting_on_office and due_date < today.
  • Parses practice code from the task name prefix, joins to the SGA Master Crosswalk for Location Name, Growth Manager, and ROD.
  • Rewrites this page in place. No emails, no push. Manual pull only, during ROD/office calls.

Pending Decisions Awaiting Dakota + GMs

  • Status label: “Waiting on Office” (working name).
  • When to apply: one-line definition to prevent drift — TBD.
  • Overdue threshold: everything past due_date, or wait N days? — TBD.
