How practices are classified
- MSP already rebuilt: `MSP-rebuilt = Yes` in the rebuild model. Lake Mary scores low (42.4) despite the rebuild flag, so it is marked for re-audit with Don.
- Custom site - keep: `Website rebuild bucket = Excluded · Custom Cosmetic Site`. Don does not touch these.
- Rebuild - site blocked: the service-page scan could not reach the site (host firewall / 403 / captcha). Site is operating but hidden from Google, so a Sanity rebuild on an open host is the fastest fix.
- Rebuild - low score + content gaps: web audit score below 50 and five or more Tier 1 service pages missing. Patching this one page at a time costs more than the rebuild.
- Rebuild - P0 queue: already a Top-47 priority in the Aug 17 rebuild model and web audit below 65. Don's queue picks it up next.
- Optimize in place: everything else. Wyatt specs the technical fixes to Wonderist / the host; the Growth Manager runs the doctor interview and files the content back for the service pages, bios, before-and-after.
Non-site items (Neurality go-live, GoHighLevel sub-account, social cadence, DI auto review request) are routed through Jessica, Amy and Korinne. The Growth Manager coordinates and tracks them.
