What's in the sync: New patients, net production and hygiene lead days per location come from the SGA Data MCP (Power BI). The build script pulls new-patients and net-production for Q4 2025 (per-month, as a seasonal mix for the Oct / Nov / Dec target split and as the production baseline) and the current Oct 2026 month-to-date, then writes the pacing JSON this page reads. Hygiene lead days come from the Q4 workbook's capacity block, which itself comes from the SGA Data MCP's lead-to-hygiene median by month.
