Formulas

• Days late = As-of date − Due date (calendar days). Shown in red when positive; "due in N d" when the due date is still ahead; "no due date" when the task has none.
• Days since assigned = As-of date − Assigned date, where Assigned date is the timestamp of the activity-log event that put the task on Wyatt's desk (assigned, triage_assign, or the Smartsheet import / form creation that pre-assigned it). Two tasks have no assignment event; they fall back to the task creation date and the requester is shown as "(requester)".
• The As-of date defaults to the snapshot date (2026-10-21). Change it, or press "Use today", and every count, KPI and the summary table recompute in the page — no rebuild needed. Status values are frozen at the snapshot time.

Claude access legend

• WP REST ✓ WP_X an administrator application password for that WordPress site is on file (.env prefix shown) and verified; page, media, menu and SEO-meta edits run from Claude Code.
• Webflow API ✓ a Webflow site token is on file and answered GET /v2/sites on 2026-10-21. The Data API edits CMS items and static-page text nodes; adding or removing page sections, nav items and template fixes still need the Designer.
• Sanity token ✓ editor token for Don Clark's "Dental Platform" dataset; Bell Dental reads from it, but writes to Don's production documents need his sign-off.
• No creds · WordPress the site is WordPress but no application password exists yet. One wp-admin visit by Wyatt (or the Growth Manager) to create a "Claude Code (SGA Bulk)" admin app password unblocks it. Dobson-hosted sites (168.235.x.x) must be paced to avoid Wordfence TCP blocks.
• No creds · LocalIQ-hosted Cornerstone sites on LocalIQ's Pantheon stack; edits route through LocalIQ until the practice exits under the 10/11 plan.
• No API path · Squarespace / vendor no REST write path exists; manual work in the vendor's editor.
• wp-admin only / Designer only / DNS plugins, theme-builder layouts, Wordfence, Google account ownership and domain records have no API path Claude can use.

Owner recommendation

• GM + Claude a content-level change (text, hours, bios, photos, links, financing sections, page publishing) the Growth Manager can complete from Claude Code, either today or after a one-time app-password mint ("Creds needed" flag).
• Wyatt needs wp-admin, the Webflow Designer, Theme Builder, DNS, Google property ownership, Studio creative work, or site build/launch coordination.
• Wyatt + vendor the change has to go through LocalIQ, MSP, Dobson, the LP vendor, or whoever hosts a site we hold no access to.
• Don Clark belongs to the rebuild program on Don Clark's (Site Grove) platform rather than the edit queue.
• Flags: Stale recommend close or re-scope · Duplicate merge with another task · Needs info waiting on the requester · Hold gated on an external decision · Creds needed doable by GM + Claude after an app password exists.

Source and refresh

• Tasks: GET /api/v1/tasks?assignedToUserId=<Wyatt>&openOnly=true plus GET /tasks/:id for the activity log, via the session-cookie client in tools/sga3p_client.py. Practice website and code join on practice_id from /api/v1/practices.
• Site platform and host were fingerprinted with one homepage fetch per domain on 2026-10-21; Webflow tokens were verified read-only the same day. The Plan Forward / Sunbit scope per practice comes from Jenn's implementation workbook linked on those tasks.
• Rebuild: python3 tools/wyatt-open-tasks/build.py --fetch then redeploy the full sga-growth-site/ folder. Per-task feedback lives in tools/wyatt-open-tasks/feedback.py; new tasks render as "Unreviewed" until classified.
