Ops–Marketing Alignment is how SGA decides, practice by practice, who owns growth. Every one of the 250 clinical practices carries a code — class (General, Advanced Care, Specialty), owner, and tier — computed from Power BI, Dental Intel and Referral Lab data, not from judgment. RED practices are held by Ops: hygiene is booked out past 14 days or a specialty office has no Practice Referral Director, and marketing does not push demand into them. GREEN practices are owned by Growth: a Growth Manager works each one from a fixed play chosen by the code. This page is the front door to the whole program — the plan, the classification, the playbooks by category, and the decisions SLT still owns. Re-classified every 30 days.
