The Marketing Focus 20 brought in 2,933 new patients in Q3. On the 18 practices with full prior-year and prior-quarter history (Belfast opened in June; Liberty’s prior year is a pediatric practice; Westport stays in) new patients were 2,709, +24% vs Q2 (2,189) and +17% YoY (2,315). Q3 was the foundation quarter: four rebrands and a de novo launched (Ways Station +133%, Belfast 143 NPs in its first full quarter), GBP scores across the 20 moved from 88 to 92 on the Oct 5 rescan, Neurality booked 577 appointments in September across 16 live offices, and the Smile Center of Orlando deep dive found a non-performing SEO vendor worth $3,500/month. Five practices (Westport, Wyoming, Gage, Rock Hotel, Smile Gulf Coast) were flagged by Operations as capacity-limited and should not have been on the list; they sit at the bottom.
