Quarterly Executive Brief
Q2 → Q3 2026, with Q3 2025 for YoY · Group averages by specialty region — SGA East (16 SGA perio, matches the Quarterly Executive Brief; Aiken oral surgery + SGA Surgery Team excluded), SGA West (all GEN4 entities), SGA FARCH (all MODIS entities). West and FARCH swap the "vs 60 goal" tile for "% Scheduled" while provider FTE counts are pending — see Section 2.
All three quarters computed from raw Referral Lab exports (source of truth per 2026-07-10). Q3 exports were pulled 2026-09-26 (88 of 92 days), so referral and $ presented changes are per-day pace; rates (% scheduled, time to consult, production / 100 consults) compare as-is. Source counts (new / active) are not pace-adjusted. † Q2 recomputed from raw exports; the Q2 brief (PDF data) showed 8 of 16 — Columbus rounds to 60 on the raw file. § Q3 2025 new-source counts likely run high where practices were still onboarding to Referral Lab — read the YoY as directional; QoQ is the cleaner comparison. Case acceptance (CAR) is not in the Referral Lab exports — it returns when Jayme's Q3 brief lands.
External Referrals / Provider / Month — vs 60 Goal
Standing KPI (V2 spec §3). Per-entity throughput against the 60 external referrals / full-time provider / month goal, with movement vs Q2.

Computed from raw external referral counts ÷ full-time providers ÷ months (Q3 months pro-rated to the 88 of 92 days export window). Provider counts are those behind the Q2 brief's figures (Q2 external ÷ 3 ÷ brief value — whole numbers for all 16); Q2 is recomputed from raw exports the same way, so it can differ by ±1 from the brief. Confirm provider FTEs with Jayme when staffing changes. All 16 entities are in John Mezick's book.
Network Trends — QoQ & YoY
Full 33-entity network (SGA Surgery Team excluded) · raw Referral Lab exports for Q3 2026, Q2 2026 and Q3 2025 — per-entity trend columns appear in Section 8.
The Q3 story: Q2's growth did not carry into Q3. On a per-day basis network referrals are +0.2% YoY — back to last year's level — and −7.1% vs Q2, while $ presented is +7.9% YoY. Only 12 of 31 comparable practices grew volume; the gains are concentrated at Aiken/Augusta (+38.4%), Van Scoyoc (+35.2%), Parkway (+23.7%), Sandhills (+23.7%) — all four now have a Referral Growth Engine, but Aiken/Augusta was already up 45% YoY in Q2 before its Aug engine and Sandhills' engine landed Jul 23, so read this as correlation, not engine impact. Speed is the clear win: time to consult improved YoY at 26 of 31 practices. Value per consult is the open question: production per 100 consults fell YoY at 21 of 31.
Full Q3 total across all 33 entities to date: 12,727 referrals. Comparable base excludes Jacksonville Dental Specialists (logging gap) from both trends and Mississippi (onboarding-era Q3 2025 baseline) from YoY. Q3 exports were pulled 2026-09-26 (88 of 92 days), so referral and $ presented changes are per-day pace; rates (% scheduled, time to consult, production / 100 consults) compare as-is. Raw (un-adjusted) change: −4.1% YoY, −10.1% QoQ.

* Mississippi YoY excluded from network math — its Q3 2025 baseline is from Referral Lab onboarding. n/m = not meaningful (Jacksonville Dental Specialists logged 10 referrals in Q3 — a logging gap, not demand). Q3 exports were pulled 2026-09-26 (88 of 92 days), so referral and $ presented changes are per-day pace; rates (% scheduled, time to consult, production / 100 consults) compare as-is. John Mezick replaces Jarod Howlett as specialty ROD (V2 spec §4). Status dots: green = growing QoQ & YoY · yellow = mixed · red = declining or on the Attention Queue as red · gray = artifact/no baseline. Attention Queue entries take that section's color.
